On-line service for Temple Lifts Engineers
2010 saw Temple Lifts introduce an internet based on-line service management system using real time PDA technology for all our service engineers to record and allocate work, manage engineer visits and report progress of job completion to our customers plus provide portal access to clients wishing to view their own information. The system integrates with our lift history and customer records, to provide a comprehensive and up-to-date archive and database, to ensure accurate lift performance information is always available for engineer service visits and requests for information updates from customers.
Year on Year Growth
Despite the adverse financial climate, Temple Lifts have continually maintained positive growth figures throughout the past years having doubled in size in 5 years. During 2009 we grew our financial performance and growth by 8%. This ongoing growth is fully attributed to customer demand for our services which all orientates around customer satisfaction.
